Training

We offer a full range of personal skill programmes to run within client organisations, tailored to meet their specific needs. Our current assignments include:- Key Client Management programmes within the computer technology sector. Advance Presentation Skills for a pharmaceutical company. Recruitment and Selection workshops for a public sector organisation. Other recent programmes include Leadership and Management, Influencing Skills and Change Management. In addition, we can also undertake the full administrative and organisational load of training provision - offering a complete outsource service. This allows internal staff to fulfil a more consultative and evaluative role for ensuring training provided meets organisational needs and delivers results.

Resources

We have a wide range of skills and professional contacts at our disposal plus good working relationships with the major European Business Schools so we are able to select the most appropriate and cost-effective mix of resources to meet clients' needs at any given time. For example, we have established working relationships with a number of providers of Outdoor Training, each professional in their area and all focused on helping people to transfer what they learn to their work environment. Current assignments include Team Development, Leadership and Change Management using activities out doors like high rope courses and other group exercises that can equally well be completed indoors. With increased access to technology there are benefits in helping people learn in their place of work - taking the materials to them or a place near them and making good use of time. We offer advice in the selection of training materials and establishing learning centres. In addition, we offer an extensive range of selected videos/CDs and other materials combined with the experience of linking their use to performance improvement and the completion of personal development plans.
