In any organisation it is essential to get the right people at the right time to do the right job. This is done most cost-effectively by the selection, development and retention of key people.

Profiling

In our experience, good people within organisations are quite often overlooked or pigeon-holed by their seniors: they then get frustrated and leave. This is a significant cost to the organisation.

A more cost-effective approach is to establish profiles of people including their knowledge, skills, capabilities, aspirations and experience. Then based on this encourage and support everyone's continued development but focus on key individuals monitoring them carefully to fulfil their potential as far as possible within the organisation.

We have extensive experience of profiling people through structured interviews or using psychological questionnaires and assessments of personal potential.

Recruitment and Assessment

We are actively involved in the selection initiatives for client organisations including:-

  • The selection of fast track employees.
  • Specific headhunting assignments including dot.com businesses, retail and manufacturing organisations.

Previous assignments include the design and implementation of assessment centres, selection of managers in operational, sales and finance roles and the recruitment of Call Centre staff.
