Our Clients
Our clients are people who want to be more successful either as individuals, groups or as an organisation. Their organisations vary in size from less than 20 staff to more than 20,000 and can be found in the Public Sector & Local Government, Healthcare, IT, Financial Services, Electrical Goods, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Marketing and Manufacturing.
Much of our work takes place in the UK but with our experience of operating in and with people from most parts of the world we are active on the international arena with a project record in Scandinavia, Russia, Japan and the Middle East.
Our client's needs vary though, in common with almost every organisation, they seek to be more efficient and cost-effective in an increasingly competitive environment.
They also want to attract and retain more customers or clients for their service and want the right people with the right skills capable of working together and constantly reviewing the way they do things.
We work with individuals, usually key people in their organisation - often Directors or Senior Managers - who want to take stock or focus their efforts in a particular area. Some clients experience difficulties working with others or others have problems with the individual concerned. In any event we guard client confidentiality.
We have worked with a variety of organisations in different sectors of Commerce and Public Service. Some operate only within the UK, others based here have customers in various countries with some truly global.
