We encourage the use of strategic thinking tools like PESTLE analysis and scenario planning as part of a systematic approach to gathering data in an organisation’s environment. The use of benchmarking and competitor analysis also provides insight that can prove useful when considering an organisations’ brand, its strengths and image with customers. We use customer interviews to gain objective feedback that influences decisions about products, prices and positioning.

Sustainability is an issue for both organisations and the environment, adapting effectively to ensure a long-term future. Unfortunately, many customs and practices in organisations focus on short-term gains and results; but this does not remove the responsibility of leaders taking the strategic view and promoting changes for a sustainable future. We facilitate change to improve performance and stay ahead but also to address how people think and behave within the organisation as part of a culture shift to engage with a sustainable environment.
